A little about me
I am or was a professional photographer in Erie, Pa ( A city to say I'm not too proud of)
I started playing with photography in the 80s and got bored with it (to many pretty sunset pics I guess) I got tired of doing the same thing everybody else was doing, So I quit. During the mid 90s I got back into it thanks to a girlfriend who at the time said she was a professional photographer. Well to make it short She was she was generic and I wanted to be different and give quality, she didn't care . So went the relationship.
I started my own studio and started photographing weddings and whatever else I could get, well I only got weddings, So instead of trying to compete with my fellow wedding photographers in pricing, I switch to. making my work different and yes that worked to the point of getting me to much work but not enough to quit my day job. Another thing the really made to much work was the advent of digital. That drove my creatively through the roof and now I didn't have any free time at all to have a life. To add to the problem my wedding customers came to me for the fine art look but most only bought the family pics. now that sucked! . So I am phasing out doing weddings, which is what pays the bills and just work on the fine art aspect of photography.
I have picked up a passion for fashion photography and it seems to be something I good at so I have been lucky to have models from the Tristate area wanting to come to stand in my camera. I have photographed models from fashion to XXX and got my work with a model into Playboy . Playboy is really not my style I prefer the more fine art approach to nudes.

Education wise I have studied with many world renown photographers in
many different photography schools across the nation.
I do hold 26 merits with the Professional Photographers of America but I am not with them anymore. I am considered to be expert with Photoshop and in the digital field

My Goal in photography is alway to push myself to be better and my work
to stand out in a crowd.
